Unlike the bland fat of modern poultry, ours transforms into a decadently smooth fat with a depth of flavor that is unmatched. Whether you're crafting traditional dishes or infusing your favorite recipes with a touch of old-world richness, this turkey skin brings a remarkable, authentic taste to every bite.
Please note that due to the naturally vibrant colored feathers of our turkeys, some pin feathers and follicles may be present on the product. If you are particularly sensitive to this, we recommend selecting our chicken skin instead.
Cooking Tips: Turkey skin requires a slow rendering process. For best results, place in a crockpot on low and allow it to cook for 24-48 hours. Afterward, strain the mixture through a sieve. Once cooled, you’ll notice the shmaltz will have risen to the top, with a layer of solidified gelatin beneath. Simply remove the shmaltz and transfer it to a new container. The gelatin can be used to make gala or added to soups for extra richness.

Our products ship via 1-2 day fed ex delivery. We send packaged on Mondays, Tuesdays, and sometimes Wednesdays to ensure delivery is Thursday or earlier. Local delivery is on Thursdays.
